The Whanganui River print project – led by Graham Hall – was rolled through the press of the first time in Sunday.

Forty-two Whanganui artists collaborated on the 20 metre wood cut print which depicted the Whanganui River from the mountain to the sea.

The river winds its way through 42 panels with a artists cutting their own interpretation of the area corresponding the section of the river their panel represented.
